DU emphasizes the proper technique and terminology of various styles of dance. Opportunities for
those who have varied interests are provided within a family-type atmosphere. Some students enroll in
dance for fun or exercise, while others are more interested in the show and performance aspect of dance.
In addition to the classes, we offer private lessons and have several competition teams.

DU’s facility consists of 3 spacious dance areas with injury-prevention hardwood floors, over 125 feet of
full length mirrors, ballet barres and tumbling mats. We also have a grassy play area for siblings and a
cozy lobby for parents, all at our convenient Mooresville location, 1 mile east of the RR tracks on Rt 150.
