Description: Dropping Pounds the “Healthy Weigh” Weight Loss Class
If you are interested in losing weight in a healthy way, becoming more fit following safe and healthy guidelines, and learning about good nutrition, join this healthy weight loss support group. Receive monthly information, encouragements, and tips to help you lose weight. Senior participants join together in supporting each other in losing weight, exercising, and good nutrition. The class is aimed at individuals needing to lose weight or improve their nutrition but is open to anyone interested. There is no fee, only a commitment to attend and be active as part of the class. Staring this month we will include a fitness activity as part of the class.
