Event Details Valentine’s Heart Health Date: 2/14/2012 Time: 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm Location: South Iredell Senior Center (View Map) Description: Nothing brings in Valentines like learning how to keep your heart healthy! This educational program seeks to target individuals who are at high risk of having heart problems. Participants will learn what they can do to reduce their risk of a heart attack and what changes in their lifestyle they need to make. The program will be held at SISC on Tues., Feb. 14 from 12:30 -1:30 p.m., sponsored by Bayada Nurses with RN, Shannon Williams presenting. A light lunch will be included. Please RSVP with a $1 donation to South Iredell Senior Center by Fri., Feb. 10.
