Event Details SISC Exercise Equipment Orientation Date: 6/6/2008 Time: 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Location: South Iredell Senior Center Fitness Room (View Map) Description: Jill Ahsburner, Exercise Specialist, with Iredell Memorial Hospital Wellness Team will conduct an orientation for senior adults interested in using South Iredell Senior Center’s exercise equipment. This class will teach you how to safely use the fitness equipment and answer any questions that you might have. Although the fitness equipment is there for the use of all older adults, the Center does require that individuals attend an orientation class and sign a waiver prior to using any of the equipment.
