Starting off with spring rolls made to perfection, not too much oil, or with soup that is delicate yet flavorful... then My favorite entree is an orange chili chicken. Fresh chicken tenderloin without gristle or dark meat, lightly battered , quickly fried and drenched in the perfect sauce with orange rind and chili peppers. The heat is just enough to moisten your brow but not so hot you need an abundance of napkins to wipe your head! Typically when you get take out, it is tough by the next day if you did not finish your meal. Instead, to my delight, this entree is even better the next day!
I have had a lot of Asian dishes, from Miami to New York and over to San Francisco... this is definately the most memorable and delicious! SiSi and the rest of the staff are wonderful, treating you like family even if you were far from home.
