It depends on where you shop or eat. Join Ann Simmons with the N.C. Cooperative Extension Service for Iredell County, to learn how you can stretch your resources and eat better for less. Also, learn how to apply for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. This workshop will be held at South Iredell Senior Center on Wed., Feb. 8 at 12:30 p.m. There is no free to attend, but registration is requested by Mon., Feb. 6.
