Event Details Medicare Part D Enrollment Date: 11/15/2009 until 12/31/2009 Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Location: South Iredell Senior Center, 202 N. Church St., Mooresville, NC (View Map) Description: November 15 – December 31 is the open enrollment period for Medicare Part D. If you need assistance enrolling or changing your plan for Medicare Part D Prescription Drug coverage, call 704-873-8568 and ask for Phyllis Deal, SHIIP Coordinator for the Iredell County’s Senior Insurance Information Program, a program under the N.C. Department of Insurance. Qualification and enrollment for the Medicare Part D Subsidy is also available (income based). A Hispanic speaking interpreter can be available upon request.
