Event Details Iredell Health System Holds Drive Thru Seasonal Flu Shot Clinic Date: 9/26/2009 Time: 8:00 am to 9:00 am Location: Mac Anderson Park, Statesville, NC (View Map) Description: As influenza activity continues to increase nationwide, individuals are urged to vaccinate against seasonal flu. The Wellness staff at Iredell Health System will be administering seasonal flu vaccinations as well as providing information regarding the flu and what to expect during the upcoming season. No appointment is necessary, however, the flu vaccine can only be given to adults 18 years and older during the clinic. Cost for the immunizations is $25, however, Medicaid and Medicare will be filed on site.
