Event Details FREE Tetanus Vaccination Date: 5/19/2008 Time: 10:30 am to 12:00 pm Location: South Iredell Senior Center (View Map) Description: Tetanus, commonly called lockjaw, is a bacterial disease that affects the nervous system. It is commonly found in soil, dust and manure. It is contracted through a wound in the skin. The Iredell County Health Department will be at South Iredell Senior Center on Mon., May 19 from 10:30-12 to administer FREE Tetanus vaccine to seniors. An appointment is necessary and should be made by Fri., May 16.
