Description: Recommended by the Arthritis Foundation, it’s good for the body, mind, and spirit. It helps to improve high blood pressure, balance, muscle tone, circulation, flexibility, aching backs and joints. It can even help you lose weight. Mike Gentile, a certified physical trainer and Reiki master teaches Tai Chi on Mondays at 11 a.m. Cost is $36 per person for a six week session. Tai Chi, it’s good for the body! Call the Senior Center for the dates of the next class session. Newcomers to the class can enter between sessions and the fee will be adjusted.

It helps to improve high blood pressure, balance, muscle tone, circulation, flexibility, aching backs and joints. It can even help you lose weight. Mike Gentile, a certified physical trainer and Reiki master will teach a beginner’s Tai Chi class for FREE on May 5, 12 & 19. Pre-registration is required for this class.
He also teaches Tai Chi on Mondays at 11 a.m. Cost is $36 per person for a six week session. The next session starts on June 9.
