Description: SISC water aerobics, back, arthritis workouts, and water walking exercise classes are taught by certified instructors through Iredell County YMCA. Classes are open to all seniors age 60 or better with priority given to Iredell County residents. Information on guidelines and fees are available upon request. It is recommended that new participants observe their class of choice before registering. Private lessons are available for the disabled, visually or physically impaired. Classes are taught between 8 a.m.and 1 p.m. M-F.

Description: Shazia Anwar with Legal Aid of North Carolina will be at the South Iredell Senior Center doing simple wills, durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, and living will documents. The service is completely FREE and is especially targeted to older adults who may not otherwise be able to afford such services. Completion of a prior intake form is required. Description: By popular demand, there will be a chair exercise class for any senior interested at South Iredell Senior Center. The class will meet every Tues. & Thurs. at 10 a.m. Please wear something comfortable that gives with your movement. Feel free to bring hand weights, or two water bottles to gain more from the workout. There is no fee.
